| 1. | Grace is Falling | Play | Grace is Falling
Grace is Falling Phil. 4:5,7; 2 Cor. 12:10 St. Paul begins and ends all of his letters with a similar prayer, “Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.” We all long for peace, and perhaps the secret to possessing it is remaining in God’s grace. With grace, comes peace. So I begin this CD following St. Paul’s lead – Grace and peace be with you and remain in you. Grace is falling down Peace that will astound And force you to the ground As you behold the power For those who believe Grace and peace be with you The Lord is near Let Him be found For His grace is falling His grace is falling down Grace is falling down He is calling now Open up your heart And let Him in His peace it will transcend All you understand And guard you in the shadow Of His wings
When you are weak, He is strong Though the road is hard and long His peace will guard your mind and heart |

| 2. | Savior Lead Me | Play | Savior Lead Me
Savior Lead MePhil. 1:21; 3:8, 10, 11, 13, 14 I love to hear my kids belt out this song, and inside I smile and wonder if they have any clue what they’re actually singing. But could that be any more perfect? To allow Christ to lead us requires such childlike faith and trust - that He holds the secret to life. Savior lead me on this pilgrim journey Yours is the hand to which I cling I take nothing with me But the sandals on my feet I accept the loss of everything For me to live is Christ Pressing on for the prize If I must die, I will rise to new life Counting all as loss For the glory of the cross And the greatness of knowing Jesus Christ Savior lead me I am weak and empty You are the hope to which I cling I have nothing in me But the grace that You give Through your strength, I know I can do all things Forgetting what’s behind And straining on ahead I want to win the crown You have for me Knowing that to rise First I have to die But what a gift, to share Your suffering

| 3. | Be Still and Know | Play | Be Still and Know
Be Still and Know Ps. 46: 1,2,5,10; 2 Cor. 4:8-9
The Christian life is a battle; plain and simple. And though we struggle, though we fight, though we sometimes wage all out war, we can conquer; not because of who we are, but because of Who He is. Be still and know that I am God In Me you rest secure I am in control, You will not fall My faithfulness endures
You are surrounded on every side But in the shadow of my mercy you can hide You are discouraged, close to despair But they that hope mount up like eagles in the air The world entices you with its lies But the darkness can’t consume you in my light The yoke is pulling, you’re growing weak But the truth stands firm, and it will set you free You’re persecuted, they’ve struck you down But in my strength you never stand alone The load is heavy, you’ve had enough But guarded by my shield you won’t be crushed I am your strength; I am your refuge When you’re in trouble I am here I will deliver you from evil Be strong, take courage, do not fear |

| 4. | Find Me | Play | Find Me
When I wrote this song, I had three children under the age of three - and all in diapers. That period of my life rocked me to the core. Sometimes the circumstances of life can cause us to feel that we have lost ourselves. But what a gift, because it is then that we are invited to find Him. In the stillness, in the middle of the night Find me, all control has slipped away Find Me, stop running away Find Me, by the power of my grace |

| 5. | Be There | Play | Be There
As moms, we wear so many hats – our job never ends. But beyond the veil of the rush of activity and endless responsibilities, may we never lose sight of that which is most important… just being there.
****** As I wake up each morning and get ready for work I pray for lots of love and grace and a simple heart to serve ‘Cuz I don’t have the kind of job that earns a daily wage Except the priceless look of joy - I see in my child’s face I’m a manager of discipline, good manners and chores I’m a lawyer who’s just trying to resolve the latest quarrel The cook who makes sure tummies are well nourished and well-fed The maid who gives free lessons on how to make a bed But the most important job description I could ever bear Is a mom who loves her kids enough to simply - be there I’m quick to stop and catch my breath in the middle of the day It’s a wonder people do this job when they never stop and pray ‘Cuz there’s no 9 to 5 in this position that I hold On call around the clock - my title’s written in my soul I’m the fix it man whose there when my child’s world falls apart And the only doctor who can heal their bumps and scrapes and scars I’m a referee who’s got to make sure all the rules are fair And the coach that sees that everyone gets lots of time to play But the most important job description I could ever bear Is a mom who loves her kids enough to simply - be there When I face You, God in heaven at the evening of my life I won’t take a thing that money here on earth could buy Stripped of all my honors, my degrees and my awards As You search me I know just what You’ll be looking for The teacher who taught lessons in how to live for You The counselor who listened and led them to the truth The advisor who advised on where true profit will come from The investor who invested endless hours, endless love Cuz the most important job description I could ever bear Is a mom who loves her kids enough to simply - be there |

| 6. | Hope in the Young | Play | Hope in the Young
As a teen, I was very passionate in my faith. And 1 Tim. 4:12 was the verse that always lit a fire within me. To this day, I love being with young people, because their enthusiasm and zeal for Christ is so incredibly infectious.
(Inspired by Pope John Paul II’s deep love for, call to, and hope in - the young.) ****** They tell you you're young, They tell you you're weak You're out of control Only pleasure you seek But others will say That you will lead the way As the Church marches on Into the new millennium You search and you ask, what does life mean? You wrestle with questions, you hope and you dream. You long to be loved and to give love away. With joy and such passion, You're a beacon of faith. So do not let anyone look down on your youth But set an example for the believers in truth In what you say, in what you do In purity, let His light shine to - the world You're standing in the threshold Of a new springtime of grace Be ready and keep watching For the dawning of a brand new day |

| 7. | Awaken the Vision | Play | Awaken the Vision
Rev. 2: 4-5
Dedicated to my beautiful husband Kurt – may I hold you up and desire for you to be only who God wants you to be; nothing more, and nothing less. (Inspired by the writings of Catholic philosopher Alice von Hildebrand on marriage) ***** Sometimes the dust settles on the image Clouding the view of you that I’ve been given The vision of who you are And who God’s called you to be Sometimes my love settles for conditions Demanding that you conform to my secret wishes A vision that’s a fantasy And not who God’s called you to be You are a gift May I always lift you up And dare to love Not just your strengths, but your imperfections In everything, may I choose what brings you joy And dare not destroy what God has joined together I’ve fallen so far from the heights of my first love Forsaking what’s real for some perfect man I’m dreaming of So blinded I fail to see The man you are striving to be Awaken the vision Rekindle the flame Be willing to lay down your life Again and again Bury your pride Let go of vain desires Be ready to follow into the purifying fire |

| 8. | Home Away from Home | Play | Home Away from Home
Oh, the flood of emotions that fills the heart of a parent as they watch their child grow. In the midst of the joys, sorrows, hopes and fears, let us never forget that our children do not belong to us; they belong to God. We are simply their home away from home.
****** I watch you sleeping I bless you sweet little head Now may your tired body find rest And I pray that you will be safely kept I watch you playing Tracing every little step that you take But I can’t protect you, you’ll have to make your mistakes So I place you in the hands Of the One who really gave you life Trusting He will never ever leave your side Still He’s placed you in my hands And though you aren’t my own For now, I‘ll be your home away from home I see you crying As you run to me and bury your face It pierces my heart just knowing you are in pain How I pray I could save you from every heartache I see you laughing In the midst of all the people you love Such innocence and purity fills your soul Oh I pray that you will not lose your way Oh I pray that you will not lose your way |

| 9. | I Confess | Play | I Confess
John 20:23
As Catholics, we have been asked for centuries why we confess our sins to a priest, instead of just going straight to Jesus. This song echoes the Church’s passionate and unchanging response to that question… ***** Why do you confess your sins to a man? This is the age old question… Ages ago our Savior came to set us free From the sins that held us captive in slavery And to the twelve men that would become the first priests He said, “The sins that you forgive, are forgiven by Me.” Chorus I confess that I confess my sins not to a man in persona Christi every priest will stand at the moment when he lifts his hand and absolves me of my sin the One who is forgiving me is The Great I Am Many years passed before I came to see the truth I shutter at the grace I missed in the days of my youth If I would have known, I would have let go of my fear and foolish pride And run to the place where a flood of His grace could come rushing into my life Come and be forgiven, come and be set free Come and be delivered, let His mercy wash you clean Come and lay your burden, come be purified Come that you may whisper in the ear of Christ |

| 10. | All of My Life | Play | All of My Life
Prov. 3:6
Throughout my life whenever I have encountered trials, my mom has continually spoken these simple words of wisdom - and they have never left me… “Jenny, look back at all you’ve been through. God has always been faithful. So why would He stop now?” ***** Lord, I cannot see the road ahead of me So I’m stepping out in faith that You will lead the way Though I long to know experience has shown That what You have in store is all I could hope for and so much more All of my life You have faithfully tended The side of my mountain As a shepherd guards His sheep You have been right next to me To my surprise You dispel my suspicion With Your constant provision I am not a slave to fate You make my path straight Once again, Lord, I accept the wisdom of Your plan And though my will may lure to Your Yours I will defer May Your peace reside to guard my heart and mind Protect me in Your truth and keep my eyes on You As I look back on my life In every joy and trial You have been so faithful So why would You stop now? |

| 11. | No Greater Love | Play | No Greater Love
This song was inspired by the priesthood of Fr. John Dick. It is dedicated to him, to my own brother Fr. Joe Lehman, and to all the priests who have touched our lives, showing us no greater love.
***** Why does he have to go? When he has made a home Right here in our hearts A father he has been to us He’s won our love, He’s gained our trust We fear to be apart But what if Jesus stayed in just one town Think of all the lost who would never have been found Never have been found No greater love has a man Than to lay his life down for his friends As a living sacrifice The embodiment of Christ No greater love have we now Than to let him go, and hold him out For the gift he’s been to us We offer back to God above No greater love Father, if it be Your will This cup could pass by still But we surrender all to You Unless a seed falls down and dies There could never be new life But the seed that falls will bear much fruit What if Jesus stayed in just one town Think of all the lost who would never have been found never have been found As we drink this bitter cup God will lift us up For those who die with Christ Will be raised to new life |
