As the youngest of nine children, Jenny Klement grew up in the Dallas metroplex. At the age of thirteen, Jenny lost her father from a sudden heart attack. His tragic death became a defining moment in her life. She discovered the absolute fragility of life, her total dependence on God, and a newfound desire to live her life for Him. She wrote her first song "Reflection" when she was only fifteen, which later became the title track of her first CD.
After graduating from Ursuline Academy, Jenny dedicated her first year out of high school to traveling with the National Evangelization Team (NET), based in St. Paul, MN. Through NET she ministered to high school teens via her testimony and music. Jenny then attended the Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio, where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Theology.
While her original intention was to pursue youth ministry, Jenny's studies at Franciscan University sparked a passion within her to teach the Catholic faith. She returned to Dallas and taught theology at Ursuline for two years. During her career as a theology teacher, she continued to direct her energy toward writing and performing her music, both for youth and adults in the Dallas area.
Shortly after marrying Kurt Klement, the Director of Youth Ministry at St. Ann in Coppell, TX, Jenny released her first CD entitled "Reflection". Since then she has shared her music and testimony at parishes and events both on the local and national level. In 2002, Jenny debuted her CD on EWTN's "Life on the Rock", a Catholic cable network that is broadcast across the world. She was also invited to perform at World Youth Day in Toronto that same year.
After a year of recording, Jenny is thrilled to release her new CD entitled "Grace is Falling". Her favorite pastime, however, is spending time with her husband and children. Jenny enjoys being a homemaker and mother of four, ages 8, 7, 5, and 2, with a new baby due in March. She continues to write music from her home.
